What primary services do you offer?

Are you licensed and insured?

Holk Electric is insured, bonded, and maintains a General Contractors license in the state of Alabama. 

How will we know when a technician is coming?

Our office personnel will work with your schedule to set up a date that is convenient for you. The day prior to your service we will call to confirm the appointment and once again when we are on our way. 

How is invoicing done?

On standard service calls, we requirement payment after service is complete and satisfactory. We will inform you of the price and give you a receipt. Payment can be made via credit card (no fee) or a check. Invoices may be emailed out to the email addressed provided to our office

Do you do estimates/quotes?

Yes! We give free estimates/quotes by request. We will send a technician out and go over in depth the process and work with you to achieve your desired outcome. 

What about same day appointment/emergencies?

Typically our schedule for the day is set in advance. However, depending on the job request it is possible we will be able to get a technician out same day. 

If there is an electrical emergency we will do our best to get a technician near your area over to you as soon as possible!
